Assists with data entry and database management. Compiles membership, donation and attendance reports. Leads planning, set-up, execution and breakdown for private events. Schedules staffing for Guest Service office, and Children’s Zoo (Train and Carousel). Resolves problems, communicates, assists, coordinates and interacts positively and professionally with guests, customers, suppliers, volunteers and employees. Develops and maintains direct contact with community groups/organizations regarding donation opportunities. Coordinates events, guest service office and the Train and Carousel operation while partnering with the zoos essential staff to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.Īssists departmental management with safely securing onsite donation money, reconciling and setting up deposits and invoices. Acts as one of the primary front-line personnel interfacing with on-site guest service inquiries. Under the direction of the Zoos General Operations Manager, the Guest Services Coordinator handles guest inquires and matters relating to the Zoos operation.
